Pulpworth Smoothies

A one-page website for a smoothie bar with four smoothies. The story is one order: the fruit is cut, the berries are blended and poured, the mango and the greens follow, and the first glass is served. Its pictures are frames and clips made for the page; the scroll turns them.

What we made

  • A story in five scenes, in one direction: one order from the crate of fruit to the glass that is served
  • The scroll leafs through frames and clips made for the page; at rest the picture stands still, one whole frame
  • Floods in the colours of the blends: the colour takes the screen and becomes the page with the smoothie’s name
  • A window the shape of a glass that opens to the whole screen, and round ones that lead from clip to clip
  • Callouts tied by a line to the jar, the glass and the fruit; in the header, four glasses that fill one by one
  • A rounded typeface of its own, a footer made as the order sticker off a glass, a phone version
