AI agents for a plumbing and heating company. It gets calls at any hour, even at two in the morning. A chat agent and a voice agent answer at once, and enquiries go to the CRM and to the technician by themselves.

    Asks for the address, offers a time window and confirms the visit.

  • Voice agent

    A night call: books the morning, puts an emergency through to the on-call technician.

  • Request automation

    From a call or a chat to the CRM, the technician, a reminder and a review request.

  • AI assistant for staff

    Answers from the company’s documents and shows the page.

  • Weekly summary

    Requests by day: what the agent closed itself and what it handed to a person.

  • The numbers in the summary are demo data, not results.

What we made

  • A chat agent: asks for the address, offers a window and confirms the visit
  • A voice agent: takes a night call and puts an urgent one through to the fitter on duty
  • Automation: the request goes to the CRM, a notice to the fitter, a reminder to the client
  • An AI assistant for the staff: answers from the company’s own documents
  • A weekly summary: what the agent closed by itself and what it handed to a person
