Ninefold Accounting

AI processing of incoming documents for an accounting firm. An agent reads an invoice or a receipt and marks its fields, rules put the document into a category, a person confirms with one button. Beside it is an assistant that answers the staff from the firm’s own procedures and shows the page.

  • Incoming documents

    The invoice on the left, the fields read from it on the right: “Correct” or “Fix”.

  • Handbook assistant

    Answers the staff from the firm’s own procedures and shows the page.

  • Reminder about documents

    The agent says what is missing, takes a photo and confirms it.

  • Sorting rules

    An editor of rules: if the supplier is this, the category is that.

  • Week in summary

    Documents sorted, how many went to a person to check, what is missing.

  • The numbers in the summary are demo data, not results.

What we made

  • The inbox: the invoice as it was scanned and the fields read from it — “Correct” or “Fix”
  • A field that is faint on the scan is marked and goes to a person to check
  • A rule editor: if the supplier is this, the category is that — tested on the month’s documents
  • The handbook assistant: it answers only from the firm’s documents and shows the page
  • A reminder about missing documents: it takes a photo of a receipt and confirms
  • The week’s summary as a table: how many were processed and how many went to a person
